Terms of Service

Effective date: March 14, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, signing in to, or using Unswitch through the web app, desktop app, or related services (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the Unswitch Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Unswitch provides AI-assisted productivity tools across web and desktop surfaces. The Service may include prompt-based generation, async AI jobs, Google Drive and Google Workspace integrations, billing and credits, realtime notifications, and desktop Autopilot or AI Actions workflows that analyze user-provided context and may propose or perform user-approved computer actions. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. Accounts, Onboarding, and Access

To use certain features, you must register and sign in with a Google account.

  • You authorize us to receive and use the Google account information described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Access to some features may depend on waitlist status, supported client versions, or completion of onboarding requirements, including phone verification when that feature is enabled.
  • You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of the devices and credential stores you use to access the Service.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

4. User Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of the content you upload, submit, connect, or process through the Service. You grant Unswitch a non-exclusive, limited license to host, store, copy, transmit, analyze, and process that content as needed to operate the Service, generate requested outputs, provide support, and enforce security and abuse controls.

If you connect Google Drive or request Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, or related outputs, we may create folders and files in your Google Drive account to deliver those results. Current generated Docs, Sheets, and Slides flows are intended to keep generated Drive files owner-only at creation time.

5. AI Features and Your Responsibility

AI-generated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, sharing, relying on, or executing them. This is especially important for business, legal, financial, medical, compliance, security, or other high-impact situations.

Autopilot and AI Actions features may inspect user-provided context and return suggested actions or execute actions that you approve. You are responsible for using these features carefully and for reviewing the requested actions and resulting changes.

We strongly recommend backing up all your data on devices before you use AI Actions and keeping that backup up to date.

6. Credits, Billing, and Stripe

Some features require credits or paid usage. Payments, saved-card setup, and related billing workflows are processed through Stripe.

  • You authorize charges for the purchases and billing actions that you request.
  • If you enable auto-recharge, you authorize future charges to your saved payment method when your balance falls below your configured threshold.
  • If your credits are depleted or payment processing fails, access to paid features may be limited or interrupted until the issue is resolved.
  • Posted pricing may change over time. New purchases are charged under the pricing shown when you make the purchase.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Infringe the rights, privacy, or intellectual property of others.
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, malicious code, or harmful automation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or third-party systems.
  • Abuse the Service, including by scraping, reverse engineering, evading usage limits, or using the Service to support fraud, spam, harassment, or other harmful conduct.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, block, waitlist, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or other users, failed to satisfy access requirements, or used the Service in a harmful or abusive way.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, error-free, or suitable for your intended purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unswitch Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting revised Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
