Unswitch provides AI-powered productivity assistance. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Google Sign-In

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You may register using your Google account via Google Identity Services.

By doing so, you authorize us to access and use certain information from your Google account as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property and privacy rights.
Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful computer code.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or other users' accounts.
Scrape, reverse engineer, or otherwise abuse the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to code, design, text, and graphics, are the exclusive property of Unswitch Inc. and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any user-generated content you upload or process through the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unswitch Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date." Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
